Sandra Russell is a retired elementary teacher who based her first children's book on her beloved cat name Callie. Her daughter Eryn, an Early Childhood Educator, did the charming illustrations.
This book is geared to children 3+ and included in the back are discussion notes for teachers and parents.
Born in Port Alberni, Vancouver Island Adina moved to Venice, Italy where she studied art. Upon her return to Canada she studied art and design at Vancouver Island University. She draws inspiration from her natural surroundings and Venetian architecture, working in acrylic, watercolour, charcoal and pencil.
