PARKSVILLE BEACH FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES OPENING CONCERT: CHILLIWACK’S ‘FAREWELL TO FRIENDS TOUR’ 2025
Parksville Beach Festival is thrilled to kick off its highly anticipated summer event with an unforgettable opening concert on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the Parksville Outdoor Theatre in the Community Park. Headlining this special evening is the legendary Canadian rock band Chilliwack as part of their “Farewell to Friends” Tour.
With a legacy spanning over five decades, Chilliwack is one of Canada’s most beloved rock bands, known for their melodic style and enduring anthems. The ‘Farewell to Friends’ Tour commemorates their lasting impact on the music world, giving fans one last chance to celebrate their timeless hits live.
Fans of Chilliwack won’t want to miss this opportunity to experience their iconic hits, including My Girl (Gone, Gone, Gone), Whatcha Gonna Do, and Fly at Night, performed live in one of Vancouver Island’s most stunning outdoor venues. This concert marks a bittersweet celebration of the band’s incredible career and their final farewell to audiences across Canada.

To kick off the beginning of Parksville Beach Festival 2025 join us Saturday, July 12th at the Parksville Outdoor Theatre for an unforgettable FINAL CONCERT TOUR featuring the legendary Canadian rock band Chilliwack.
Tickets are only $55 for Adults and $35 for Youth.

- Tickets purchased online can be picked up at the venue box office 1 hour before an event, or at the McMillan Arts Centre Box Office.

Once you purchase your ticket online, the purchaser can either pick up your tickets at the McMillan Arts Centre Box Office, or you can present your receipt on site for redemption. (Original Purchaser must show ID for redemption).
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased in-person at the McMillan Arts Centre Box Office in downtown Parksville.

The Parksville Beach Festival Society is planning for liquor service provision at this event. Please note that concert goers are not allowed to bring alcohol or any other liquids into the venue and our team will screen for this at the entrance gate. Any prohibited items, including outside liquor, will be confiscated. As free potable water will be available on site attendees may however bring empty water bottles. There will be a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments available to purchase. We appreciate your cooperation.
Tickets cannot be delivered. No refunds.
You are welcome to gift your tickets to other guests if you are unable to make the concert.
