Experience the FIRST Amazing Art Race in Parksville!

Race Start: 9:30am at Memorial Plaza (Alberni Hwy & Memorial Ave. in Parksville, BC)

- Artists positioned throughout downtown Parksville creating beautiful works of art!

Race End: 1pm at McMillan Arts Centre Community Garden (133 McMillan Street, Parksville, BC)

In partnership with the Parksville Downtown Business Assn, the Ocean Idlers and Grand Prix D’Art founder and local artist Dan Gray.

Come meet the talented artists taking part in the very first Amazing Art Race in Parksville! Stroll through the Parksville Downtown District and discover artists painting live at various locations throughout the area.

Take time to explore Parksville's local shops, cafés, and restaurants as you soak up the fun, creative atmosphere. Watch as each unique artwork comes to life right before your eyes!

Then head over to the MAC Community Art Garden to see the artists cross the finish line, where the completed artworks will be judged, prizes awarded, and you can cast your vote for the Visitors' Choice Award.

This year’s event also features a special appearance by the Ocean Idlers Car Club, with classic cars on display alongside the artists throughout downtown Parksville.

It’s a day full of art, community, and creative energy—don’t miss it!
