On Parksville Beach Festival’s final day don’t miss the opportunity to experience live orchestral music at the Parksville Outdoor Theatre sponsored by Carol Riera, Personal Real Estate Corporation.
The Vancouver Island Symphony under the direction of Concertmaster Calvin Dyck as Guest Conductor returns to the Parksville Outdoor Theatre with a program that is perfect for a summer day in the park. Highlights include the visceral strength of Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 5”, the enchanting Viennese waltzes from Strauss “Blue Danube” and swashbuckling music from “The Pirates of the Caribbean along with other orchestral favourites.
This unique concert promises to be a spectacular mix of live music, with the enchanting backdrop of Mother Nature in Parksville! Immerse yourself in the harmony of the strings, and let the music speak to your soul.
Tickets are only $45 + tax/fees for Adults and $10 + tax/fees for students
(Children 12 and under are free)

PLEASE NOTE:
The Parksville Beach Festival Society is planning for liquor service provision at this event. Please note that concert goers are not allowed to bring alcohol or any other liquids into the venue and our team will screen for this at the entrance gate. Any prohibited items, including outside liquor, will be confiscated. As free potable water will be available on site attendees may however bring empty water bottles. There will be a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments available to purchase. We appreciate your cooperation.
Once you purchase your ticket online, the purchaser can either pick up your tickets at the McMillan Arts Centre Box Office, or you can present your receipt on site for redemption. (Original Purchaser must show ID for redemption).
Tickets cannot be delivered. No refunds. You are welcome to gift your tickets to other guests if you are unable to make the concert.
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased in-person at the McMillan Arts Centre Box Office in downtown Parksville.
