How do I find the Parksville Outdoor Theatre?
The Parksville Outdoor Theatre is located within the Parksville Community Park in Parksville, BC. Although the official address is on the Vancouver island highway 19a, the theatre is down the hill in the park. It is located in a treed area behind the play park.

How do I get Tickets or Wristbands?
If you haven't already, you can pick up your tickets at the event gate box office or get them in advance at the McMillan Arts Centre Box Office at 133 McMillan St, in Parksville - Tuesday thru Saturday from 11am to 3pm.
You can also order online at the MAC Box Office website.
Some events may offer discounted, pre-sale, or VIP tickets. Be sure to get your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Where can I find parking?
All parking areas in Parksville Community Park are free and open to the public, and may be utilized on a first-come first-served basis. For those requiring accessible parking there are a limited number of designated accessible spaces available in the park.
There is also parking outside of the park in downtown Parksville. Make sure to be aware of parking signs and restrictions.
What about Theatre entry?
Gates will usually open one hour before your event. Please bring your concert ticket or your wristband to the event. Some events may exchange your ticket for a wrist band at the entry gate, so be on the lookout for event signage.
Is there Liquor Service?

The Parksville Beach Festival Society is planning for liquor service provision at some events. Please note that concert goers are not allowed to bring alcohol or any other liquids into the venue and our team will screen for this at the entrance gate. Any prohibited items, including outside liquor, will not be allowed in the concert venue. As free potable water will be available on-site attendees may however bring empty water bottles. There will be a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments available to purchase. We appreciate your cooperation.
How about Concert Seating?
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets to sit on as there are none available on site.
Food Trucks and Washrooms
For most paid events, portable washrooms will be located within the fenced festival area and will only be accessible to concert patrons.
Food vendors may be on site with a selection of food, drinks or snacks available for sale.
Preparing for Island Weather
Please dress and prepare accordingly for weather conditions. Please do not erect tents or umbrellas that can obstruct views of other attendees.
First Aid
First Aid with qualified personnel and equipment will be located onsite.
Garbage
Garbage containers will be located throughout the concert area. Kindly assist our concert volunteers by placing your waste in the proper receptacles and helping us to keep the area clean and safe for everyone.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not allowed within the festival venue for paid events.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs will be not be allowed in paid event concert areas, however service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Please be prepared to present digital or paper verification.
