Art Bites - Fabric Collage with Margie Davidson

Explore collage using fabrics to create abstract or realistic compositions.  Three different fabric attachment techniques will be covered to create fabric collage compositions, and examples of both abstract and realistic compositions will be shared. You’ll finish class with a matted 5" x 7" fabric collage ready to frame.  Â

About the Instructor: Margie Davidson is a quilt artist and surface designer. She enjoys painting, sun-printing, and block-printing as well as cooking up colour with natural dyes. Her award-winning quilts have been exhibited in Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and the United States. Margie can be found on Instagram
