About the Instructor: Â Carla Flegel has explored oils, acrylics and has recently settled on watercolour as her medium of choice. Â She loves the unpredictability as water, paint and paper meet, and how it paints itself if you let it. Â
Carla is a familiar figure painting outdoors in the Oceanside area and has recently returned from a trip to Italy with a sketchbook full of plein air watercolour paintings.
